These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Frankywright website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) About the Site

The Site provides official information and content related to Frankywright, including music, videos, news, updates, and ways to contact for bookings and collaborations. The Site may also offer an AI chatbot feature.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to legally accept these Terms. If you are under 18, you should use the Site with a parent or guardian's supervision.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts

4) Intellectual property and ownership

All content and materials on the Site, including:

  • audio, music, instrumentals, and recordings
  • videos, images, photographs, artwork, graphics
  • text, blog posts, designs, layout, animations, branding, logos
  • website code and UI elements

are owned by or licensed to Frankywright and/or Galaxyway AI UK Limited, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No copying or reuse without consent:
You must not copy, reproduce, download, redistribute, modify, publish, transmit, or exploit any Site content, including any media, without written consent from Frankywright or Galaxyway AI UK Limited.

5) Prohibited downloading and reproduction of media

To protect Frankywright's work:

  • You must not download audio, videos, or images from the Site for reuse, redistribution, or reposting.
  • You must not screen-record or capture media for re-upload to other platforms.
  • You must share official links to the Site and to Frankywright's official streaming and social platforms.

If you wish to use media for press, promotion, or collaboration, contact contact@frankywright.com to request permission.

6) Third-party platforms and embedded content

The Site may link to or embed third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control those platforms.

7) Frankywright AI chatbot disclaimer

The chatbot is provided for convenience and entertainment, and to help answer questions about Frankywright and this Site.

  • Chatbot responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  • Do not rely on the chatbot as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or other).
  • The chatbot may refuse requests that are unrelated to Frankywright or that violate our rules.
  • Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information via the chatbot.

8) Contact forms and submissions

When you submit a message through the Site:

  • you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • you must not include unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
  • we may store and review messages for communication, moderation, and recordkeeping
  • we may block or ignore messages that appear to be spam or abusive

9) Bookings, collaborations, and services

Any booking or collaboration request submitted through the Site:

  • does not create a contract
  • does not guarantee acceptance
  • may require additional terms, fees, and written agreement before confirmation

10) Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
We do not guarantee that content will always remain available, as media and posts may be updated or removed.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under UK law.
